- Am I supposed to pay for my dress? Leaving your bridesmaids in the dark about finances associated with your wedding is not ideal. You will have many ladies who will all need dresses, and it is important that you make them aware of if you will be covering the costs, or if it will fall onto their shoulders. This way, there are no surprises, and everyone will be on the same page.
- Do I have to prepare a speech? Most often, the Maid of Honor is the one to give a speech on the big day. However, sometimes the couple would like the bridal party too as well. Or, maybe the bridesmaids would like to. Discussing and planning for speeches ahead of time will ensure that your ladies will know what to expect, and not be left wondering if they are supposed to provide a speech or not.
- I don’t know any of the other ladies… You may have some bridesmaids who do not know one another.
