Rose Petal Events Contracted Venues

As a vendor on-site ceremony coordinator for The Castaway and The Odyssey Restaurant, it is our job to ensure that your wedding day of services proceeds smoothly and gracefully. Our company will coordinate with most of your vendors and we will conduct your rehearsal and coordinate your ceremony. Please go to our contact page to either e-mail us or call us to schedule a rehearsal.

Click Here to complete our online form and provide us information for your ceremony. The form will give us an idea who will be participating in your wedding along with the vendors you have hired. If you still need vendors, please let us know and we will be more then happy to refer you to our preferred vendors. Please forward any programs or time lines you have, so we can make sure they coincide with the contract from the Venue.

We will need the names of your bridesmaids and groomsmen in the order they will walk down the aisle during the ceremony. The first name you give should be the first down the aisle and the farthest from you up at the front, while the last name will be the closest to you(i.e. maid of honor or best man). Normally the Best man walks in right after the groom. The maid of honor walks in after the bridesmaids or you can choose to have the maid of honor and best man walk in together after the bridesmaids/groomsmen and before the ring bearer and flower girl. if any.We also will need the names of both sets of parents and who will walk the mothers of the bride and groom down the aisle-same thing for grandmothers. (these are the Honorary seating)

Whether you will have a ring bearer/flower girl and, if so, their names and ages. Whether you will have programs and whether they should be distributed one per person or one per family. Were you want them placed or who will distribute. Also, please make sure you note all your vendors who will be providing services along with their contact information in the event we need to contact them. It’s important that you put down the vendor’s cell numbers and note their e-mails on the attached form.

If you have any wedding plans which may be out of the ordinary, please let us know as soon as possible so that this can be planned for at your rehearsal. If you have any questions, please do no hesitate to ask us in your e-mail. As a final note of preparation, on your wedding day, please plan for the entire wedding party arriving at the site one hour before your wedding. Since we are only contracted to do your ceremony, we also offer Reception Day of Services for an additional fee

We guide our couples graciously starting from the first day to the day of and from an innovative concept to flawless execution. It is a time to share with your closest family and friends, taking in each moment into your memory to treasure forever. It is not a time to feel stressed or unhappy running around trying to tend to the myriad of details that need to be taken care of on that day.

Having someone there for you that you trust and have complete confidence in to guide you and execute your wedding day is priceless. As a Wedding Coordinator, I will be your voice on your wedding day and to keep your sanity intact.

Hiring the vendors from the Venue where you are getting married, is your best option. We also work with our own preferred vendors and can help you in that sort of direction. Our company can help design your room to make it look spectacular.
